Users can be added one at a time or using an excel sheet.
To add users one at a time:
1) Click on the Add User button
2) Enter the user's First Name, Last Name and the user's email.
3) To add the user as an Admin user, check the Administrator box as true.
To add multiple users at once:
1) Create a CSV file with the user information in the Sample CSV format
2) Click on [Import CSV File] and select the CSV file
3) No space between two fields
4) CSV file needs to be UTF-8 or GB2312 encoding. You can use popular text editors like Notepad++ to change CSV file to UTF-8 or GB2312 encoding.
5) Email is a required field
6) Valid Zone values are cn and california.
7) For valid Timezone value, refer to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_tz_database_time_zones.
8) You can use Unit to define organization structure.
